Our Story
Doha Education Recruitment is a premium recruitment agency specialising in providing high-quality teachers to schools in Doha, Qatar. Our Founders
Joint founders, Adam Faithi and Chris Parry, first collaborated in 2013 while working at Monarch Education, recruiting teachers in the U.K. Together, they bring a combined 15 years of recruitment experience.
Adam, a trained primary school teacher from Manchester, moved to Qatar in 2018. He taught for 8 years in both U.K schools and British International schools in Qatar. His dual expertise in both recruiting and teaching within Qatar provides him with a distinct advantage in understanding the unique recruitment needs of the region and effectively communicating with candidates and schools.
Chris, an accomplished recruiter, has dedicated most of his career to sourcing candidates and supporting clients with their recruitment processes. Over the years, he has built strong partnerships in the U.K., significantly enhancing our candidate database and reputation within the industry.

Our CEO, based in Doha, ensures that the company has a strong cultural knowledge and presence in Qatar.
